Overview:

Alpha and Omega Building Services is an established Commercial Cleaning company servicing some of the most well known and prestigious customers in the Dayton and Cincinnati Marketplace for over 30 years.

Job Skills/Requirement:

• Clean and maintain designated spaces inside/outside facility on a daily basis
• Sweep, mop, edge sweep, vacuum, scrub floors, clean, dust/wipe equipment (high/low) and polish furniture, clean restrooms and take trash out
• Assure safety during inclement weather may include: shoveling, salting, provide slip protection on wet floors
• Keeps all equipment in a good state of repair and cleanliness
• Sweep debris from beams, remove stickers and labels from equipment and floor
• Maintains building and facility keeping it clean and organized, including dumpster, grounds and custodial closets
• Addresses customer's request and tries to solve problems. Bring all issues to Site Operations Manager
